I had fallen into Shadow there for a while. Sorry for my long spell of uncommunicativity. A lot of stress in my life led me to abandon FR for a while. Work was (and will continue to be for another month or so) on full overload. The kids got sick, my wife got sick, I got sick. My 83 year old aunt has been having problematic episodes relating to probable alzheimers/dementia symptoms. Christmas plays and musicals, etc., etc.

Things are kind of getting back to level now, but I will not be FReeping much from work any more. I came under conviction that it was a form of employee theft, cheating my employer, and I am much more productive and happy with my job when I don't allow the FR addiction into the workplace.

Very excited about the movie. I won't be able to see it until Sunday afternoon. Eagerly anticipating lots of fun discussion about it here...

It's funny you said that. I've been thinking the same thing lately. I try to work while reading the posts, but I always end up NOT working and just reading (and posting)! I'm going to do the FReeper thing on my lunch break from now on.

Welcome back! sorry to hear about the troubles with your family, hope kids, wife, and you are better now. God's blessing on you and your family in dealing with your Aunt. It will be so frustrating for you and for her! My Mama is 83, and also has Alzheimers.

You'll just have to join us in the evenings instead of during work time! I know what you mean about an 'addiction' to FR. Sometimes I don't get stuff done around the house that I really should because it is just WAY too much fun around this place!

We get to see the movie tomorrow when both boys are home from college. We're so excited, and all of these reviews just add to it!

We are just really glad you came and checked in with us Vim! We were worried, and apparently, there was reason to be. Prayers for you and your family. Check in when you can. I know I can't imagine posting from an office job... I am a little different since I work from home, and I am immersed in sortof 24-hour office, reacting to calls and needs whenever they come. I give myself a bit of latitude to play when I can, in exchange for being available to respond all the time. I have a bit more latitude in deciding when to do the other stuff. Data can be entered any time, and it is!
