Some friends recently sold a beautiful house and moved only 2 or 3 blocks. My wife and me think they moved because the place got so messy they couldn't stand it.

The same thing will happen to me if I don't watch it.

OT: Good news on the house front it sounds, have you practiced "home on the range" yet on your flute?

A friend who recently moved said that housekeeping was the biggest problem, they were used to a "comfortable lifestyle". I can dig it.

I'd never make it. Well, after I moved out I might. But, that means you also have to leave it clean, neat and uncluttered. Who wants to do that. Use some bonus and call in a housekeeping service for one last spiff after you're gone.
