I'd put in some peas if the ground wasn't so wet.

Yikes! Is it time to plant already? I want to do a container garden on the deck and then do some landscaping in the yard. Mostly plant a few bushes and some annuals. We'll fertilize and throw down some grass seed, but the real work I need to do on the lawn will need to come in the fall.

Where can I get good details on a container garden for vegetables? I'm thinking cherry tomatos, cucumbers, etc. Can I do that? Will you hold my hand? I R also ignorant about plants.

It's getting close to planting spring crops (peas, spinach, lettuce, etc.) I usually miss it because I've been slack getting the ground ready.

I need to get some tomatoes and peppers started. I plant from seeds. It's still a bit early yet. Tomatoes and peppers like hot weather so even if you get them in the ground in April (average last frost is mid April) they won't grow much until it gets warmer.

I haven't had much luck with container gardens. I think my containers aren't big enough and I forget to water. They probably have all that stuff on HGTV.com.
