Come on! Come in! -if you would like to have some seedcakes and a pint and relax a while. (If it is a special occasion, we still have a few bottles of the old wineyards left!)
Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

ha ha.... well, another Scots fan. heritage you know. She didn't particularly care for Billy until I told her about the photo in the kilt. Suddenly, she is thinking he's interesting. It takes cojones, you know, for a guy to wear a kilt. And she likes that. But she wants to see the pic and I can't find it this morning. We'll see if Alkhin can point me in the right direction.
Besides, he had really nice legs in that photo. That's what made me think about mentioning it to her.

Well, it's up to 19... Gosh Corin, that's way too cold. Rule of thumb, if the thermometer is less than my age - it's way too cold even for winter. But 19 is almost off the scale now days.

Glen knew I'd been kind of depressed since I haven't lost much of my baby weight yet and nothing fits. So, he took me to Marshall's and let me get 3 pairs of jeans and a new pair of sneakers. My feet grew another half size after Alyson, so know I'm up to an 8 and a half. I was a seven and half before kids! WOW, all I can say is YOU GOT YOURSELF AN A+ NUMBER 1 GUY!!! And congratulations on the new duds.
my feet went from 8 to 9-1/2. don't worry, they're just gaining more leverage for picking up those babies and lovin's on 'em longer.

Hey, I can now use my free Draft House tickets (after 8 weeks rule) anytime for TTT! Hey, maybe we can work out a mooting again after all! I was really sad to find someone else there that we didn't get to meet. But, we hit it off so well with Bear and Rose that we want to go back again anyway! Yeah, that is neat. But, I don't have quicktime at home, so I will try it here at work.
And so many other links there. I was mesmerized, especially after clicking on the 'Back to Tolkien sarcasm' link. and to some of those places, some really good ones, some really weird, -- LOTR Lego-land! The guy has a Balrog and everything. Little Lego bodies lying all about the floor in Chamber of Mazarbu.

I just sent a file that was suspicious from my IE to my hotmail account. It came up with a message that says "Hotmail automatically scans all attachments for virus's using McAfee". It scanned it and it was ok, an email attached from Steve.
So that's why I got the email and why I couldn't find any attachments. Hotmail had got rid of them. Whew!

I'm all depressed now... (sigh)Oakland didn't show up, did they? They thought just by virtue of having age and experience that they should win the game easily by rights.... They forgot about actually playing the game. The Bucs wanted it more and proved they were the best.... I'm happy for them....
