Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

I am flattered g'nad, but I think I have a good thing going already. I don't know where you and your friend were the last three years, but you are late now! And Bay would miss the pony terribly if she left.
Anyway - thanks for goofin with me on the pictures.... I am actually quite nervous about pictures of me.... I hate myself in pictures, or I would have posted more. Today I was tryin so hard to get the pony to mildy cooperate, get my hair out of my face, hold the camera out and fairly straight, and not have my fingers in the way. I end up looking way too serious.

WN, as far as I remember mushrooms are allowed. I have no idea about the butter or olive oil. I'd go with olive oil if I had to guess.
