Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Journey to the Cross-roads
The Two Towers Edition
Come on! Come in! -if you would like to have some seedcakes and a pint and relax a while. (If it is a special occasion, we still have a few bottles of the old wineyards left!)
Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

Evening all; back from the Kansas Turnpike, sniffed by Samantha, not sniffed by LSA; Finished up so an office day tommorrow; trolls again friday. (nicely sandwiched Monday and Friday)
Nothing found today. Saw horses, cows, and deer. Getting out is good for person's mental (not to mention physical) health. About about to two-thirds to three-quarters back to pre-wreck conditions. I'm truly grateful for that, and have been truly blessed throughout the recovery.
P.S. New title, Corin, I like it too.

I vote for a wood fire. :-) The ten-year plan includes a nice patio in back with a cozy firepit/place. So you can come over after it's built and chop some wood . :~P

I think I actually finagled it on my own!!!! WOW (of course, on my own doesn't count the last months of instruction I have received from my guru of HTML!)
So, can you hear the song?

You know, I haven't had the pleasure of meeting LSA outside of FR yet. But, I'm kinda glad to know she doesn't sniff you like Samantha does when you get home.
Recovery from physical crashes is nice. Real nice.

HideeHo there everybody!
LF: I have some small experience with tacky and bothersome neighbors. Step one: get a more expensive attorney than they have. Step two involves a collection of plastic pink flamingos and some camo face paint...

LOL!

Listening to it now... I like it! Best one I've heard so far.

(13 days to I-Day! Maybe! It's getting closer rapidly! Are you prepared?)
To: Ramius
Hi there.
I have the attorney. I was given some flamingos right after Grama's funeral but I went off and left 'em somewhere. But, no camo face paint. I'm not ready yet huh?

Jack is such a funny animal. He can't decide if he's a lap cat or a ferocious dingo. Somewhere along the line he learned to 'talk back' when Big'ol sez "No!". Hmmm...
He also likes to sleep with four paws in the air...
To: Bear_in_RoseBear
I've been sitting here listening to it on WBAP all afternoon but couldn't understand it all till the welding and machining classes finished for the afternoon. Then I fell out laughing.
