Come on! Come in! -if you would like to have some seedcakes and a pint and relax a while. (If it is a special occasion, we still have a few bottles of the old wineyards left!)
Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

I think Corin had orginally given us here, a time frame of August 4th thu the 5th. That's fine with us if that's still OK with him. If Suzy wants him the 7th, I can send him on to her. The time frame between the two dates is plenty for FF's hot time in this ol' town.

gee...I just hope I get to Mr. Hope's age...well maybe not. I don't think I would like nursing homes, ect.

Well, to fit him in between, you would have overnight shipping.... which is expensive....
When MBY gets back tonight she'll remind us what the prices are, but as I recall from shipping him from here, it just didn't make sense to ship him anything faster than 3-day...
If the timing is too tight, SuziQ can ship him to you after her yellowstone trip.
ecurbh and I may want to have him back in LATE Sept to go to Mt Doom.... You never know!
