Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

Did you see the movie The Apostle? I know a lot of people didn't like it but I loved it. But, then I pretty much always like Robert Duvall. And I loved the scene when he was at his mother's house in his old upstairs room yelling and praying at God. A neighbor calls complaining. His mom says he's just pretty much always been that way there's no stopping him.
Good thing my neighbors are at work huh?

I tried the other day to change my email addy with yahoo to the new oneLooks like you can't change the Yahoo address, but you can change your alternate address. Log in to the group, and click the "Account Info" link in the upper right. Click the Edit button for Member Information. There is an area here where it looks like you should be able to change your email address.

I've seen pieces here and there, but have yet to sit down and watch the whole thing.

Hope your hair behaved for you! Loved that sculpting video of Peter. He's probably right; they break spent concentrating on nothing but sculpting that little WWI guy was probably good for his mental health!
Our oldest son LOVES the Games Workshop miniatures. He does a wonderful job painting them. He won a lovely trophy at a tournament at their store in Harvard Square a couple of months ago on the strength of his artistic ability with the figures! He was right proud of himself!
