Come on! Come in! -if you would like to have some seedcakes and a pint and relax a while. (If it is a special occasion, we still have a few bottles of the old wineyards left!)

Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

Got the back of my truck all hosed out.... not a pretty sight because with the canopy on it, I have to crawl all the way in it with the hose and I got soaked! (But the moving around did feel pretty good)

It might even stay clean back there now that I am done hauling hay for the next year.

Now, for the rest of it.

Yeah, and I'll be twenty-one, a size six, have better hair, and no little brothers around by then too. Just have to wait another year...

Well, trips out on the town with girlfriends are a good thing too.... What are ya gonna do? - Need carousing tips?

Uh, we're going to have dinner and chat. Maybe go look in shop windows, but that's about it. We're not very good at carousing.

What kind of place? - Steak bar and grill? - Chinese dive bar? Pool hall?

Dunno yet. Probably steak if I can swing it since I am on the carnivore diet. It depends on my friend... we're going down to Station Square because it's the only place in Pittsburgh I can get home from.

WOW!!! You are gonna be somethin' else aren't you girl! But a 6? You'll be a waif!!! I'll need to feed you.

I ought to go out and have some. For a treat. I deserve a treat!!!

And I will not be a waif if I manage to get to 6, I'm rather short so I'll look good. Maybe by Christmas... if I am, I'll get a little black dress. I've never had one of those before.

I have got it all washed now.... I can get the vacuuming done on my own, I might need a hand with this cold beer though!

Jen I think steak sounds good for you..... I had a T-Bone last night that was purdy good! I think it is funny that you can only get home from one place in Pittsburg, I am the same way about Seattle, I know one way in to the office, and one way out! Penny had to pick me up at my office to go to the theater, and she only works like 5 blocks from me.... ;~D

I just never drive in Pittsburgh. Actually I dislike cities very much. But this will be a treat!

So, got any style in mind for that little black dress? Or just shopping until you find the right one?

I have 3 of them. I like them a lot. They work for everything. (But my newest one is about 5 or 6 years old at least)

Surprisingly, I don't even want to go out to eat because I have huge amounts of stored food here. I need to eat what's in the house. Or else send care packages to Hair, ecurbh and Ruthy.
