Come on! Come in! -if you would like to have some seedcakes and a pint and relax a while. (If it is a special occasion, we still have a few bottles of the old wineyards left!)
Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

Good Morning! Not making it to Entmoot (sigh).

I signed up for a free "radio program" every week. You download an old family radio show that is about 30 minutes long and originally aired anywhere from 40-60 years ago.
This week, the story is a "news report" from The Alamo. Like CBS news is actually there.

Ruthy, yesterday, after my fridge got here, I got busy putting all the little gadgets in the box. Then, Steve came home! At 12:30! I had to take Joshua to the doctor and he just decided he wanted to go with me! So he took half a day off, and after we took Josh in, we all went fishing! We didn't get in till 10:30pm! Caught several fish, but none worth keeping.
So I don't have any pics of the new fridge...yet!
