Went to Barnes and Noble on my dinner break and picked up Seabiscuit and the second Harry Potter book.
To: ecurbh
Oooh! I am really looking forward to the Seabiscuit movie! It looks like it was beautifully filmed from the trailers.
You know I have still never read a Harry Potter book and only seen part of the first movie? ;~D Don't know why! Guess it came along when I had enough characters in my life!
I am watching Sleepless in Seattle on TNT.... [holds face in hands]

Ah, Sleepless in Seattle. Now there's a chick flick I truly enjoy.
We're all caught up at work again, so it looks like another boring night. If you want to play some backgammon, just let me know.
To: ecurbh
Sure! I'll play! Wanna go in the same room?

How is your weekend going? Exhausting! I'm in Kansas City, now. Just got back a while ago from a BBQ dinner with OB and LSAggie. Catching up, relaxing and FReeping!
To: HairOfTheDog
Hello! I am home!
I had the best time, even if Ithaca seems to be home to every liberal in the Eastern US. So glad I went. And better yet, I have work tomorrow! Yay!

OT: amazingly enough, we just got to same place, lots of catching up to do.
Good Evening All; The first official MO-NC mini-moot was successfully arranged and completed. Since OT was here, we had to make the meal - Kansas City BarBQue. It's a different style we are told, another regional bbq, there are lots; Yes, pictures were taken of OT, LSAggie and yours truly, provided I didn't break the camera, they will be posted eventually (when I get them developed and sent to OT).
As others have said, it is great to meet others from the Hobbit Hole. We enjoyed our visit immensely, there was malt beer (Boulevard unfiltered wheat) red meat of the bone (pork and lamb ribs) and onion rings the size of hockey pucks. With enough leftovers for another meal.
Freep on and Moot on.

This threw her into a real state...she won't drink out of a glass anywhere but in her own home without a straw...not even in my mom's house! You want g'nad and I should pay her a visit?

WOO HOO! - Glad the moot was good and glad you took some pictures!
Good luck this week in KC this week OT, hope you have time to drive around and decide if you want to stay there!

I am watching Sleepless in Seattle on TNT.... [holds face in hands] Well, you are close to Seattle. Did you have an adequate nap?
My neighbors loaned me 2 movies I haven't seen. They insisted they were necesary. I just watched While You Were Sleeping. The other one is I Love Trouble. I will watch it later but I don't think the neighbors understand my taste in movies.

You want g'nad and I should pay her a visit? I have a list for you 2. It's okay that they are all related to me right?

Hullo. We are back from King's Dominion again. Since we didn't make it in time yesterday, I took the boys back to play in the water park.
I just got off the phone with the manager of the Pizza Hut that delivers to our house. Mind you, when Jr. was 5 we started pizza and movie night every Friday night. We no longer do that, but we still order frequently. Their new check policy is that they require a Driver's license number (which they have been doing) and now TWO, not one, TWO phone numbers.
I asked her "what if I don't have two numbers?" (between the wife and I we can come up with at least five, plus a fax number). But I told her she just lost a customer. Heck, it was only 14 bucks, I could've even paid cash.
Domino's will be here soon.
BTW Hair re: yesterday. Guys never say "can we talk." ;-)
To: Wneighbor
It's okay that they are all related to me right? We're very indiscriminate.
To: Wneighbor
I think I really liked While you were sleeping!
