Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

Really now!
I used the visual deterrent in the woods.... camping especially when I am just with a girlfriend I am glad I have my shoulder holster when people drive by... looking for a campsite... If they are looking for a target, they'll find an easier one.

Seriously, I got all worked up over this cheesecake- it's beautiful. I got suckered into a bake-off at work to prove that sugar-free baking is just as yummy as full-strength. Turns out, I have been thinking I needed the cheesecake for tomorrow. I don't need it until Wednesday! LOL, I'm such a dufuss.

Spamming.... Really now! Hey, I had to give up the earlier one to get the dwarf back in the Hobbit Hole!
In college, I did a lot of solo backpacking/camping all over the west. A little maturity and hindsight would probably have me seriously packing -especially on the east coast. Of course, I'd have to seriously get in shape first if I were to take that passtime up again.

Just a few months ago, I found a big truck parked again just a little ways from this same guys house. the tracks out of the woods led right to his house:), He must really be stupid. I called the police. That is when the policeman told me I should be carrying.It sounds like the police have reevaluated your situation, and decided that the harmless loser punk might not be so harmless any more. Horseback or not, you should take the police advice seriously. Please think about getting a gun for defense around the house, even if you don't carry while riding.

Evening, All!
JenB the jobs thing really stinks! Hope it all works out.
We don't have any HHD's currently in Vegas or Arizona, do we? Sister has a gig in Vegas later on in July and she was asking. She wants to see the Grand Canyon.
