Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

I think I need to stick with just ONE computer opponent until I get better.That's a good idea, actually. In the original AoE the computer opponents automatically team up against you, which is a real pain. Playing with only one opponent keeps things even, anyway.

Do you know if 2J grows her own chamomile? I keep trying. I can't find a variety that will take hold and spread well. I have a rather nice little selection of plants for herb teas but keep having to purchase the chamomile.

I wish there was a way to make them be allies! I want to try playing with my brother on-line, at some point, but we had trouble because he has v1.0a and I have 1.0b, and they wouldn't talk to one another. I think I could fight him off a lot more easily than the computer folks.

I've never tried growing it myself since it's fairly inexpensive to buy.
