Come on! Come in! -if you would like to have some seedcakes and a pint and relax a while. (If it is a special occasion, we still have a few bottles of the old wineyards left!)
Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

Well, we have prolly a little over 37 days to decide! Some other appropriate short quote would be fine too... Doesn't have to be the chapter titles.

Like I said, there may be different kinds of rattlers and coppers, I don't know. I just know that the ones around here are not really deadly, I mean they are serious and you don't want to get bit by one. But when we first moved here I asked the doctor about them, I had 2 small children. He said in case of snake bite just go to the hospital calmly. DON'T cut x's on the bit and try to suck the poision out. More people have been crippled that way then saved.
Then as I said since then I have heard of several people getting bit and it not being THAT bad. They got sick yes, but were fine within a week other then some swelling.

Well, that is good to know anyhow. I won't panic about it.
I had a neighbor that had both Guinea Hens and Peacocks. Now, a lot of noise came from that place, but I thought it was all the Peacocks. They make some horrid noises!

How do we make little arrows that show the route he went that look good? little dotted lines maybe?

I like the little lines.... they'll be criss-crossing all over by the time we are done, but it'll be fun. How about instead of the arrows as markers, there were little tiny gifs of the Flat Frodo? :~) Maybe they could be linkable to that chapter in the journey?
