Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

That's one of the cool things about FR, it's expected that showers are announced. LOL, I was thinking about something like that this afternoon. I was in that meeting with my boss for a while. Then, so relieved that I came home and took a nap. I was thinking, I ought to tell you when I'm going to abruptly disappear like that. After all Myranda isn't here any more for me to report in to. Ha ha ha ha ha.
I have to experience this freedom deal some more. I kind of like it. I looked at my clock in my office when it was time to go get her from school out of habit. And then got to sit there and finish what I was doing without getting in crisis mode. wow.

Did you see my bike?
Tell me, how hard would it be for me to ride a bigger one. Mack is really wanting me to sell mine and his Harley so he can get that one he posted the other day. I/We like riding seperate occasionally, but I am real leary of getting one with a bigger engine and more power. He says it won't be much differen, but I don't trust him sometime about stuff like that:)

Make your post, and keep hitting the same post button over and over.When I was posting on a dial-up, that post button would stay there a good long time... could get 6 or 7 posts from a single message... haven't tried it since we got the cable modem...

Another chicken has hatched, black chicken out of a white egg:), I think all the black ones have come from white eggs, must be the bred, although the chicken that laid the egg is gold. Of course that does not mean the chicken will grow up black. I have seen black ones turn gold and gold ones turn brown and, so on. No telling:)
