Hi! I had a long day at work. Tomorrow is going to be even longer; I may have to fly from there to the theater to see the movie. But I'm really excited.
The new hole looks spiffy! Has everyone found their way? Or shall we send Glorfindel out looking?

This is cool... at least, the intro is super cool! - Haven't had time to scope out the site.

Good evening! Just finished watching a very exciting episode of "24" here.
Not planning on taking any time off tomorrow?
I've arranged my contract job to end tomorrow at noon, while Rose is taking half a day off. We have tickets to the 4:00 pm show tomorrow.
To: Bear_in_RoseBear
Don't worry bear, it is not full of gollum spoilers.... only a really brief glimpse. I wouldn't do that to you!

I know that sounds boastful, but she even mentioned it (delicately) on the way home. Honey, you have every right to be proud!! If they were little hooligans, you KNOW who would get the blame, right? So enjoy their lovely behavior and be content knowing you had a lot to do with it!!

LOL! I'm going to have to start hiding my eyes soon, at least until tomorrow at about 8:00 pm!
RMD should be 15 minutes into the movie by now, shouldn't she? If she didn't get in, she'd be home by now, don't you think...?
To: Bear_in_RoseBear
I won't be tempted to look in here tomorrow because I won't be home. I'm probably facing a 14 hour day which means I should go to bed now.

It's a banner day! If it makes you feel better, I won't see it until Thursday.Same here, Corin. We're going to the 3:45pm feature, but I'm going to buy the tickets tomorrow so we'll be sure to get in. The kids and I are going about 3 so we can get the front row seats in the balcony as soon as the previous feature is over, and SSQ will come straight from work and join us.
Our #1 son is going to see it tomorrow night with some friends at school, then drive home to see it again with us!

I would think! - She must have gotten in!
My friend just got here, she is telling me I should wear the cloak. I am nervous about it.

That is a long day! It would be sensible to go to bed now... but then, I hardly ever do the sensible thing when it concerns going to bed. I'm a terrible night owl, even when I know I have to get up at 5:00 am for work, I still usually stay up until midnight (or later!) Of course, then I feel rotten the next day....
To: HairOfTheDog
I should wear the cloak. I am nervous about it.You should wear the cloak! An earnest but geeky LOTR fan might think you look cool in it, and overcome his shyness enough to say "hello!" to you.
Ugh, I'm a hopeless romantic.
To: Bear_in_RoseBear
Well, since our showing is at 9:40 tomorrow, I won't get more than five hours sleep tomorrow night. I really, really should go now.

OK Bear, just on that chance, I will wear it!
What makes you think the cloak wouldn't drive him away?

Congratulations Jen!!!!!!

Congratulations on the A's!
Five hours of sleep is not very much, I speak from experience.
On the other hand, you're young and theoretically should be able to recover quickly from a night of five hours of sleep.
Maybe I've been spending too much time around Elves....
To: Bear_in_RoseBear
Maybe I need to go and buy a Lotto ticket....LOL! Way to go, Bear! TWO honest snaigs in a row!!

Thank you! And I work best on 10 hours of sleep, not five. But I want to see LotR, and I have to work, so what am I to do? Tank up on Dr. Pepper, that's what.

Good Evening Hair, took a brief detour today and it took awhile to find the end. Appears most all of the company has arrived already, no matter, good to see you all. If you don't mind I'll stow the extra stave in the corner and will do some work on it later. The place has a good feel to it.
To: HairOfTheDog
What makes you think the cloak wouldn't drive him away?Earnest, geeky, shy male LOTR fans need a point of commonality with a female before they would dare approach her. Seeing you dressed as a hobbit-ranger-Eowyn hybrid lets him know that you're a fan too... sensing a common interest, he will feel less intimidated and might be emboldened enough to say "hi!" or, "nice cloak!" Once the ice is broken, anything might happen....
Have I ever mentioned I used to be an earnest, geeky, shy, fanboy?
