The Hobbit Hole III - Journey to the Cross-roads!

Welcome to The Hobbit Hole!
Journey to the Cross-roads
The Two Towers Edition
Come on! Come in! -if you would like to have some seedcakes and a pint and relax a while. (If it is a special occasion, we still have a few bottles of the old wineyards left!)
Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

Week off from school, that is, not work. No time off work until July 4th!
I am not good with girl stuff either, I hate it, but it's part of my familial obligations to be dressed properly Sundays and doubly so on Easter.

Sounds like girl-stuff, which I was never good at... maybe that is why I am still single.Ditto...and TRYING to do girly stuff usually leaves me depressed. I have no natural talents in that direction!

You going to get a nice hat?
I always wanted to wear a nice hat, but I look like a doofus in them.

My mom has about three dozen hats. I wear a hat most Sundays. They're nice... you should wear one!

Wednesday might work. If I don't have to go shopping, that would be fun!

Well, after all...even if the plumber costs $500, that's still better than owing almost $4000! So, I'm not too blue.
(Speaking of blue...sometimes Joshua will come in my room and want to sleep in the bed with us. He'll say "I'm feeling a little blue...can I sleep in here?" It just cracks me up!)

Wed. would be good for me too, although I'll be late. Awanas, you know. Start without me.

And probably it won't cost that much, I wouldn't think...I suppose it depends on how much they have to dig into the walls / slab to find the problem.

I like it too!
I saw a pair of black velvet hi-top chuck taylors on ebay...almost bought them for church!
I'm just kidding, but I told my mom that in my most serious voice and she was so disgusted with me! Ha ha! I started laughing and she got even more disgusted, but kinda grinned.
