Come on! Come in! -if you would like to have some seedcakes and a pint and relax a while. (If it is a special occasion, we still have a few bottles of the old wineyards left!)
Our first thread ( New Zealander builds Hobbit hole ) reached 4,100 posts, and we thought that was big. Our second thread (The New Hobbit Hole ) held us for over 48,000 posts, and we loved it dearly. We talked about moving to a new thread for the last 38,000 posts, but we are really slow to muster! Finally, the time has come. Tomorrow (at 12:01 am, to be precise!) The Two Towers comes out, and we start a new chapter.

STJ sounds good! You didn't tongue the second part, which sounds great...I think I did tongue it and that's supposedly a "no-no" by someone's standards.

I'm still trying to decide what to tongue and what not. It seems to me that since it's a jig (and not something like an air) that you should be able to hear the notes distinctly....whatever. I'm still playing around with it.

Now I know I made the right decision to give up the whistle. I could have practiced for years and never done that as well. But I sure love listening to it...;^)
I'm over at the other site trying to create a photo album of 3M but it's going slow. My system keeps crashing in the midst of things....

I just dropped off Zoe at the vet's. She is spending the night there then getting spayed tomorrow as well as getting her shots! Poor thing was howling in the carrier...she was so scared! :-(
I can't wait to have her back here tomorrow night! :-D

Should we delete a bunch of the pics at the yahoo site?
I notice that it is 89% full, with the space being taken up mostly with all of the FoTR pics that we initially loaded to the site. I think once Penny got her screenshots page up, and since we can't link to them, those pics became kind of un-needed. Eveyone want to go over there and see if there are any shots you want that are not found elsewhere? I would delete all of the chronological FoTR albums if I were king. Then we would have room for each of us to load minimoot and moot pics.... And ecurbh's wallpapers and such.

Send out a "Special message"...the email that everyone gets letting them know the pictures are going to be deleted, say...Friday?

Actually, Ecurbh's Wallpapers are probably best downloaded from his own site, so maybe those don't have to be there either.

Yes...poor kitty. She came out to investigate the shopping bags when I got back with the groceries and then drank from her fountain. She didn't seem too interested in the yogurt and went back to curl up in the closet.
