Even after winning acquittal by a jury Tuesday, St. Louis Alderman Irene Smith would not discuss whether she urinated behind a makeshift screen to avoid yielding the floor during a stormy aldermanic debate last year.
"Whatever it was, I cannot say," Smith said as she left the Municipal Courts Building.
