Hello Nita---This is going to be a busy day. The insurance company authorized our home rebuild yesterday - so we can start framing, etc.
Looks like the rebuild is going to be more than the insurance amount....the problem lots of us have - insuring for the mortgage or purchase amount rather than the current cost to build.
And I only have half a house to rebuild.

Good morning, Neets. McInsane's face was the picture on AOL this morning. Aargh!
I have been up since 3:30, for no apparent reason. I have a hunch I will need a Guennie this afternoon!
To: The Raven
Ughhh!!! What a way to rip people off...are you building new or just keeping things the way it was?

Good morning Jane..I have been up and down all night, no thanks to a certain little puppy who decided my head would make a great pillow. I think he fell on the floor at least two times...he's fine of course..just crazy to begin with.

How long will you have to work those hours? I hope not for too long, you'll burn out.Into next week sometime. I am putting in extra hours to make up for the time I had to take off to take Mom for her physical therapy, as it looks like she may be needing surgery on either her knee or shoulder, or both, sometime down the road. The soon-to-be retired person makes her last grand appearance on Thursday of this week. Not sure how things will be once she leaves, but my boss is FINALLY now seeing who the one person in the office was that did not allow everyone to get along. I am looking forward to her departure in a strange sort of way.

A little bit of both....The spare bedroom will become a master bedroom/bath...otherwise....everything will be as it was.

Ha! You should've seen me. Wool coat, blankets covering me, laying ON the ground on a cushion, poolside.
My dog just looked at me like I was nuts.
Ahem!
I do think it's time for bed. What I want to know is what are YOU doing up at this hour???????
To: Brad's Gramma
