That all existing species were made in their current form, that fossils are tricks the devil made to fool us, that evolution in historical times (e.g., wild grasses to wheat, wolves to many specialized forms of dogs, such as the ultra-sensitive-smelling bloodhound) is trivial and could never produce anything "truly" new even though great changes have been made in 5,000 years, and the earth is 1,000,000 times older than that? (Sort of like how the continents, although they move an inch a year, could never actually drift across the globe?)

Your statement that everyone was a racist is wrong also. Let's remember that it was just about that time that slavery was abolished and the slaves were given equal rights with whites in the US. Let's also remember that it was England which had for decades been the prime force towards the abolition of slavery throughout the world. So no, everyone was not a racist then. Anyways, that is no excuse and it shows your moral relativism.
The statement is also completely relevant to a discussion of evolution. Evolution does assert that some are inferior to others. Evolution does assert that destruction of the weak leads to progress. So the statement is a central part of evolutionary theory and cannot be written off as a personal eccentricity of Darwin.
Yes, all species, EVERY SINGLE LIVING THING, was CREATED in their original form, by an Almighty God, the CREATOR of the universe and everything in it!!!!! There are no fossils that show that one species evolved into another! NO ONE has EVER, and NEVER WILL, find a fossil that is half one species, half another, in the middle stages of evolution! Yes, the continents probably have drifted apart over thousands of years, but that has nothing to do with evolution! Land does not change into something else like ocean or sky! It has always been land, so I don't see how you could bring that up in the same sentence as evolution!
