So list the false statements of fact. Where did Westerfield's attorney misrepresent the evidence presented in court? Where did Westerfield's attorney present a witness that he knew was testifying falsely? He didn't do any of those things.

He purposely mislead the jury into thinking that the VanDamn's, because of their lifestyle, were soley responsible for the death of their daughter. If a lawyer has a confession on file, his job isn't to still try and prove his client is innocent, but rather to prevent the presecution from establishing beyond a reasonable doubt that his client is guilty- to DEFEND his client. Westerfield deliberately mislead the jury to defend his client, and as such, is in violation of the code.

Where did Westerfield's attorney present a witness that he knew was testifying falsely?Perhaps the witnesses didn't testify falsely. But he did present witnesses to try to mislead the jury.
For example, they presented a computer expert to try to imply that Westerfield's son was the porn collector.
Also Feldman produced pictures of investigators wearing orange in order to lead the jury to believe those items were the source of incriminating orange fibers found on the victim and in Westerfield's environment.
The prosecution, in rebuttal, refuted these points. But the fact remains the defense was spinning a tale for the jury they knew to be false.
