Or one who reads the handwriting on the wall, or maybe a total hypothetical posed to the detectives by Feldman ("if you offer leniency in exchange for revealing where the body is, I'll ask Westerfield to consider it" when in fact Westerfield had not revealed to Feldman any knowledge of the matter at all).
