I used to be disgusted now I try to be amused...

Though replacing parts on a rusted out dodge could cost serious bucks.

Yes, I know that story. I used to have a buddy with an old Jeep.

Jeep makes better products now, but every once in a while you get a bad one off the line.

http://www.washtimes.com/national/20020919-49883987.htm

In order to register and activate
student voters for the fall election,
the Democratic National
Committee hosted 200 rallies
across the country on Tuesday
featuring top Democratic leaders.
Apparently, things didn't go as
planned.
Democratic National
Committee Chairman Terry
McAuliffe was the star attraction
at one such rally at the University
of Maryland. There he discovered
College Democrats outflanked by
youthful College Republicans
67-21.
To make matters worse for the Clinton-picked DNC
honcho, he entered the rally's outdoor amphitheater to chants
of "Come clean, Terry."
Mr. McAuliffe began his remarks by thanking the College
Republicans for coming. Then the assembled students broke
into the Pledge of Allegiance, and the DNC had no choice
but to stop his remarks and join them.
At the end of the event, the College Republicans boasted
23 newly registered voters and 71 new College Republicans.
No word from College Democrats on their success.

Young Republicans weren't dilitory
When MacAwful came for oratory
They signed up the votes
And the article notes
The Dems had to salute Old Glory.

I was so thrilled about it tha I lost my self and got rather political in my first reply - yikes.

I give lots of credit to the person who started that thread - a college student at the U of Delaware - and probably the sole voice of conservatism there.

To be honest, I so despise Biden for so many different reasons that his anti-Catholic pro-choice stance usualy fails to even make my radar screen.

But then, I've been subjected to 20 years of him in office - he rarely makes a blip on the radar screens of anyone that isn't subjected to his tripe daily in the liberal rag called a daily newspaper around here.

But yes, I am very much pleased with the Bishop's decision. I wonder why the daily rag did report this??? (big rhetorical question)

Homework:

Funny, when Bush called England for political support, he didn't really figure that Blair (a liberal!) would answer on the dialatory Hot Line.
