I do great chicken - but I have never been able to do even mediocre Fried chicken.
Don't know what my problem is - but I've never been able to get it to work and TOTALLY envy anyone who does is well.
I think partly it's just luck. I can cook anything, and it's always very good.....
Except Garlic Bread. I can't cook garlic bread for anything. Might as well skip the beginning steps and move straight to calling the fire department.
