I think partly it's just luck. I can cook anything, and it's always very good.....
Except Garlic Bread. I can't cook garlic bread for anything. Might as well skip the beginning steps and move straight to calling the fire department.
You must be right about the luck on the chicken - because I can cook pretty much about anything as well!!!
Garlic bread is real easy.
Take one loaf of French or Italian bread slice it ALMOST all the way through.
Depending on the size of the loaf cut up one to one and a half sticks of butter into a bowl and mince up the amount of garlic you like (I use 2 tablespoons to 1 stick of butter). Melt and mix the butter and garlic in microwave.
smear it on the loaf - wrap loaf in foil - stick it in the oven at 350 for about 15-20 minutes.
