Give the man a break, He is just sore from lack of regular Activity. If he plays regularly, not only will he not be stiff, But a little intense competition on a regular basis does wonders for the regular life stress levels....

As much as I love working out at the Gym, Playing something against someone else, is infinitely more entertaining.
