Yea, me too. Just watch the Senate sandbag on this one. I predict the Senate will not take the vote before the election.
Bush will spend the next 2 months making the case with the American public.

Well, I can't believe I'm going to say this, but I actually like a new show that came out on our PBS station. It's called Liberty's Kids, and is set in the Revolutionary War period. I sat and watched it with my son yesterday and I couldn't believe how much I liked it.
What I really liked is the focus on the main players --yesterday it was Patrick Henry. Here's the link in case any of you with little ones wants to check it out.

House Speaker Dennis Hastert said Congress would vote before the Nov. 5 elections on how to deal with the Iraqi president, ensuring that Iraq is a high-profile issue in the campaign for control of the House and Senate. If the senate won't that will give President Bush much ammunition to remind America obstructionist is Daschle's middle name. And God forbid something should happen while tommy twiddles his thumbs. JMHO, but I don't think President Bush will take that long to make his case.

The senate just rejected Judge Owens for Superme court Justice. She is the Bush nominee from Texas. They called her an extremest. @SS Clowns!!!!!
