Instead of Henry Lee, Ed Smart should have brought in Mark Furhman. He helped solved the 20 year old Martha Moxley case that no one else would touch.
Furhman evidently has very good investigative skills and that is what is needed to find out what happened to Elizabeth. I would love to see him "hound-dog" this case.

"I am appaled at your posting of somebodys private mail even it you received it in error."
I just don't see it that way. jengaio is engaged in malicious mischief. She is just more subtle than JG. When someone freepmails you and there is no clear request or expectation of confidentiality, I think that you are entitled under most circumstances to post it for all to see, especially when it contains the type of personal attacks which jengaio has been making "in private."
I doubt that the message was really "misdirected." Although it is not my practice to attack people behind their backs or even in private, and I am sure that it is not your practice either, would I be protected in having my attacks exposed if I just pretended that the vicious attack was really meant to be behind your back as opposed to your face in private? I don't think so.

I am offended by your use of the word "cracker" as an insult. In someone else, I would assume that they were merely ignorant. But I do not see how you, the linguist, could not know the honorable derivation of that term. You owe me and all of my honest, hard-working Georgia ancestors an explanation and an apology.

I had to look it up as I didn't know what the word was in reference to...so here is what I found on the word
"CRACKER"Cracker: (a) Small, crisp biscuit-like food item, typically a snack item; (b) One who cracks, as in "safe cracker".
Cracker: Derogatory reference to whites, typically conservative southerners who are still fighting the Civil War; term may or may not connote a belief in segregation or slavery. Used mostly by blacks and by liberal, white northerners.

Many times, you called people a "cracker", I didn't know what it was. (I am very young, you understand..LOL), ...and then Iwo Jima ref. it...so I was curious, and looked it up on my great computer...and found what you meant. Their word, their definition in both the common usage and the slang usage (which I believe you used, be it n. or adj.)...and posted the results.
Simple as that. End of topic..we have the answer.

The room was dark and the houseguest thought it was a family member trying to find something and trying not to wake the guest. The guest said to the person that it was ok to turn on the light, but the person just coughed and with a muffled grunt left the room. Later when they realized things had been stolen, the houseguest told about the mystery person looking in the dresser in the darkened bedroom.
Thanks, Yellowcat. Ricci took $300 and jewelry so I thought he might have seen the jewelry while working there and known it was in a spare bedroom and went after it but couldn't resist getting in the guests wallet when the opportunity arose while he was there.

I thought this guy had a Honda, or something similar - at least that's been the story till now. Who said he walked down the street? Ed?
Interesting. I thought I read he put the stuff in the other guys car across the street and they drove off but interestingly the type of car was never identified. If that is correct it would be interesting why LE would not want to release a description of the car. Probably was a Honda.

And you call yourself a linguist. Your credibility is destroyed.
