"Mudd criticized several other media outlets for their coverage, referred to personalities from one Los Angeles radio station as "idiots," and said his opinion about the benefits of having cameras in his courtroom has changed "180 degrees" since the trial began."

referred to personalities from one Los Angeles radio station as "idiots," Actually one of the more cogent descriptions of John & Ken I've heard.
They have completed alienated me in this trial. They would have been quite at home covering the 1944-1945 'trials' of the 'conspirators' in the Hitler assasination plot. And rooting for the executions by hanging with piano wire of those rounded up by the Gestapo.

Did anyone see the plug on Court TV just now for the TV show "Monk"?
This explains why DW couldn't remember details about his wallet.
Woman: "Where's your wallet?"
Monk: "I'm having it buffed."

Good news from FR Breaking News:
QUANAH, Texas A woman with a baby has been detained in this town about 125 miles north of Abilene, and police say the child may be Nancy Crystal Chavez, the 1-month-old girl snatched from a Wal-Mart parking lot Tuesday.
Hardeman County Sheriff Randy Akers said the woman was pulled over at a traffic stop, and police were waiting for a positive identification of the baby from authorities in Abilene.
"Everything we've got so far looks like it might be the right one,"
Akers said.

You know what, Kimmie? You know I am the exact opposite in thinking from you. However, your remarks have stimulated examination of certain aspects of this case. It looks like the jury is going through those same pros and cons. That's good. It means they are not rushing to judgement like so many in the general population and the TV pukes have done.
I hope they eventually come to the same conclusions we "Westy Fan Club Members" have. REASONABLE DOUBT doesn't even come close. The prosecution has not proven its case in showing how Westerfield could have been a Stealthy Ninja!
