Allegations about a tracking dog was involved. Hopi has nothing to do with this case, except insofar as...(showing pictures of all the orange) ...you heard from their testimony that orange was an uncommon color.

You see dogs in these pictures, and regardless of what these photos show is the traffic in DAW's home. On the 4th of Feb Cielo goes to the mh and nothing happens at High Valley. Photo A is a pic of MR. Sherman's residence. If you look at A, that's the compartment allegedly alerted on, the one that had the shovel that Mr. Westerfield dug the mh out with. BUt Danielle wasn't buried!

Then on the 6th the dogs went in the motorhome...they were in the house. They were in every house in the neighborhood! There were carpet fibers...but it's the same problem: two reasonable interpretations. Could it have come from the same place? Yes. Could it have NOT come from the same place? Yes.

The dogs...according to Frazee there was an alert. Understand, Frazee is asked to participate in the biggest case in San Diego...he's excited. Then he says if the dog alerts he's not supposed to tell the cops? I'm sorry, that's absurd. But that is his testimony. He finds "chilling information," he says. But he doesn't tell anybody. Lt. Tomsovic testified he saw no alert and Frazee said nothing about any alert. The shovel is a red herring.

The body hadn't been found yet, so Frazee was excited thinking he was going to crack the case. Wrote email to friends and called it "secret message." In message he says he wasn't sure, he can't say what reaction was. He didn't know what the dog was doing.

The dog was trained to give a clear and unequivocable alert. But even his handler was unsure. But by the time he gets to the witness stand, he's right on the money. The dog alerted. But that's NOT what happened.
