I caught Feldie mentioning Damon in his closing. I forget in what context, but I got the impression he was very subtly pointing his finger at Damon. I need to check the transcript when it comes out.

I'm just jumping in here from nowhere and this may have been discussed. Forgive me if it's repetitive, but.......

I have never seen a prosecutor attempt to intimidate jurors like I saw today. Dusek essentially told them that if any one of them didn't agree with the majority, he or she had better rethink his or her position.

Not only did I find that incredibly unacceptable, but I wondered how many jurors might be like I am. The moment someone told me, in so many words, that I better change my mind to match the opinion of others, would be the day I would dig in for good. Whatever way I was leaning would become locked in the second I interpreted Dusek telling me that it shouldn't. What nerve !!!!!

The answer to your #927 is no and no. If you think Damon did it, why do you ask yet about if Westerfield was involved with Brenda and Damon. Pulling our chain?

Add me to the list of those that think Damon was involved in Danielle's death. Freepers recently have produced stories showing Damon nearby at the time of the disappearance of several people. In Florida, Texas and Calif. Even the Walsh case. Someone has been looking all over for the name of the teen-ager that was in the same arcade when the kid disappeared. Damon would have been a teen-ager at that time and lived in Florida. (Coincidence?) I don't know anything about it but plenty of people here do.

I don't like Damon.

My whole contention was this: If Brenda's statement was true - then perhaps Danielle had walked out of the house by herself - thus there were no clues to be found in the house regarding Westerfield or anyone else being in the house who were not supposed to be there.

  Keep in mind that it also means she could have wandered into the motor home at some point in the past as well. This is why, during the trial at least, the VanDams have claimed Danielle did not wander off on her own.

I agree. He was terrible today. He talked to the jurors as if they were a kindergarten class and he was Al Gore.

So condescending......so insulting.

Then when he got to the analogies of Blackjack and used cars, I knew that either I was in the Twilight Zone or he was even crummier than I thought.

I looked around at housework that needed done, pinched myself and ruled out the Twilight Zone.

The first time I saw the video of DVD and she covered her breast, I thought , there's something wrong, and my first thought was that she had been molested and by Damon.
The first time I saw the VD's , there was something about them I didn't like.. Like alot of us at first, it was just a gut feeling, then the stories about the lifestyle came out, and well you can put two and two together.

I think people who "swing" are void of feelings, how can you watch a spouse do "it" with another person and be okay with it.
I don't buy the "perfect parent" routine, good parents don't bring strangers into the home for sex when they have children in the house. I think the evidence shows that they did just that, picking up strangers from bars and bringing them home. The only thing the evidence doesn't show in this case is how often they did it.
