I have never seen a prosecutor attempt to intimidate jurors like I saw today. Dusek essentially told them that if any one of them didn't agree with the majority, he or she had better rethink his or her position.
Not only did I find that incredibly unacceptable, but I wondered how many jurors might be like I am. The moment someone told me, in so many words, that I better change my mind to match the opinion of others, would be the day I would dig in for good. Whatever way I was leaning would become locked in the second I interpreted Dusek telling me that it shouldn't. What nerve !!!!!
