Did it ever occur to you, that if DW KNEW there were these tiny drops of blood on say his jacket and comforter, all he had to do was cut HOLES in the area of the specks...flush down the toilet, or heck, set fire to the fibers in an ashtray and POOF..all gone? If he thought he had her blood on his jacket, he could have tossed it into a dumpster behind a gas station at any time.
He had no reason to hide his jacket. The blood was his, dripped or smeared onto the jacket while reaching across it for something after he scratched his arm digging out. Likewise the drip on the carpet.
Remember, for the prints to have been real, she would have had to be alive in the MH. Means he would have had to carry a live child to the MH from his house in broad daylight at 8:30 in the am SAT. He was actually seen draining the water from the home, as usual that morning. No way. Just no way it went down like that. No way did he carry a live kid into the home like that.
Feldman is saying Locard, I am saying the weak reasoning and the handling of the case point to LE tampering and falsification of evidence.

Maybe they will think like I did when I learned the details of Samantha's kidnapping/rape/murder. The first thing I thought was that Samantha's killer also killed Danielle. Too many similarities. It would have been very easy to snatch her down by that park where the backpack was found.

>>>Not as much as when Westerfield is acquitted and sues.<<<
There is probably a better chance of the Padres winning the World Series this year, the Chargers winning the Super Bowl and the San Diego State Aztecs winning a National championship than a Westerfield acquittal.

LE & the DA's office go hand in hand. They are connected like Siamese twins.
To: Yeti
There aren't too many master criminals out there. They make mistakes. Like Westerfield did.

For me it's the length...clogs up the self search a bit.

I've thought the same thing about the Samantha case. The body had been dumped in a *very like area* as Danielle. The photo comparisons were remarkable.

Am I breaking up the Davy W. lovefest?

Thank you for putting the glossary on your site. I consider that an HONOR, as well as those that contributed to the glossary should also feel honored.
Your SND site is TREMENDOUS!

Me, too, Judy. Except that I think she could have been snatched from, say, Mervyn's or from her front yard when Brenda went to get pizza.
I do think that Samantha's killer is a much more likely suspect than DW.
To: Yeti
Well, what you say is more than reasonable..
Remember, the only source of education the Juror's have to look for guidance on their verdict is Court TV, and the Rick Roberts show...(I'll give GW Bush a pass)...so they aren't even aware of your talking points...sigh.
BTW, I used to think that tampering with the EVIDENCE only took place in MOVIES...ha, ha, ha. I was so naive!

There were *sooooo* many places he could have dumped anything along the routes he took.
Why dump the body of all things, so near a busy/heavily
travelled road? That in itself wouldn't make sense. Plus,
where would he have parked the RV while treking up the
hill carrying the body? Feldman pointed these things out
today & in a big way.
To: Greg Weston
Excellent job by Dusek. Of course he drew a "21" right off the bat with the mountain of evidence that proves Westerfield is guilty as hell. Feldman had a losing hand right off the bat, all that he could do is bluff. That's how the cards fall sometimes.

Dw would have no case against the DA. Malicious prosecution. Slander and obstruction of justice. Directed leaks are not covered by the same protection as statements in court.
It seems obvious to me that the DA did collude and conspire with members of LE to deprive MR. Westerfield of his right to swift and fair trial.

Yeah maybe in some fantasy world.
To: small_l_libertarian
Yes, those are possibilities, too. I just feel that she "went missing" long before the VD's admit to it. Otherwise, why would Daman have cautioned Brenda to be careful of what she said about the timeline? But even that doesn't make sense if the VD's didn't have something to do with it.

"It seems obvious to me that the DA did collude and conspire with members of LE to deprive MR. Westerfield of his right to swift and fair trial."
Exactly. Also, all of the court tv gang could get a hit by DW. They've misstated, gave out wrong information & lied, lied, lied.

Excuse me - I don't care if you give it more credance or not, quite frankly. Nobody is requiring you to believe me.
I saw the interview - local TV - I usual watch KUSI or KNSD, or it could have been any other local TV station, so it could have been an interview with one of their reporters. But I heard the words come out of the mother's mouth.
I'm sorry, but I didn't think to write down the time of day, the channel, the interviewer, etc. If you don't believe me, that's your privilege.
