There were 89 questionables, similar to that shown by prosecution. You have to decide if they are under 18. Those charges aren't about possession of those pictures. It's about their search for a motive.

Keep in mind, these were delivered to you to enrage you...that's a direct appeal to your passions, empathy, emotions. But that's not an approach to the law.

Neal Westerfield, an 18-year-old boy, dragged down to detective's office with his mom, 4 men sitting around, that poor boy...I guess you could call it collateral damage.

Any true pedophile would have had thousands of these, and of unquestionably juvenile persons. Those attracted to teens are not true pedophiles. This small amount, not looked at or tampered with for months or years, does not suggest that DW is a pedophile or much of a porn hound at all.

So Westerfield is right handed and the spots were on the right shoulder of the jacket.

The prosecution was trying to indicate the blood spots got there when he carried her.

Now I am right handed and when I pick up a sleeping child they automatically go over my left shoulder.

I had my husband who is left handed pick up a pillow as though it were a sleeping child and put it over his shoulder. When he did this the pillow (child) went right to his right shoulder.

However those spots got there I do not believe it was from Westerfield picking up Danielle and carrying her anywhere.

I've dug graves with a post hole digger for roadkill -- skunks, dogs, cats, groundhogs -- its fast and digs deep enough to keep the scavengers from digging it up again. I would think it could be convenient for a small child. I don't know how big the missing Smart girl is.

YOungflesh delivered CDs to Watson...Watson doesn't know where it came from. Anime doesn't come from CD. If you track Lawson's work, there's no question. Can you imagine being 18 and looking at your dad's Playboy and having your dad come in and bust you? It's embarassing, it's worse than that. Put him in a room with mom, who is divorced from dad, it must have been awful. We know it was impossible for David to be accessing porn after 3:00 because he was in custody, with Mr. Redden. The only person it could have been was Neal. It might be a moral issue, it might be an emotional issue. It is not a legal issue. They are desperate. They are looking for a motive.

We know that anime.com was visited about every two weeks. About every two weeks was when Neal visited his dad. We don't know last access. Watkins was not asked to tell who the downloader was. NO evidence clock was changed. But Lawson is the expert on this issue.

This is their motive. They have nothing else on David Westerfield.

In fact, I'll go so far as to say, I think Mr. Westerfield has a good case for a lawsuit against the DA's office. I base that on the presentation of Feldman's. The DA's office & police department "made mountians out of mole hills." (Exaggerating their findings.)

The police department officers ADMITTED taking Brenda's statement and EMBELLISHING it to use to obtain A SEARCH WARRANT.

I.E. they lied. The warrant was obtained with a LIE, taken from a LIAR and changed to make the LIE worse.

DW list of possible lawsuits is longer than the list of physical evidence in this trial (I embellished that last part).
