The police department officers ADMITTED taking Brenda's statement and EMBELLISHING it to use to obtain A SEARCH WARRANT.

I.E. they lied. The warrant was obtained with a LIE, taken from a LIAR and changed to make the LIE worse.

DW list of possible lawsuits is longer than the list of physical evidence in this trial (I embellished that last part).
