Blood, DNA, fibers, hair, dog hair, fingerprints, child rape porno, zig zag desert trip, cleaning spree.
against...
Easily "skewed" bug speculation and swinging sideshow.
Kind of makes you feel sorry (just a little) for the defense.

I'm office-bound today, so really count on you and/or others to post Feldman's arguments.
Current prediction:
Child porn - acquittal (read the judge's instructions)
Kidnapping and murder - hung jury (probably a couple will hold out for conviction, just because, because, because of their feeelings)

Westerfield said the same thing. Good thing for justice he didn't get the job done.

In addition to what you said, I think Feldman surprised the prosecution by asking for a quick trial. Prosecution was less ready than defense. This is evident in the beginning of the PH. Dusek complained as if his concern was for the defense. Feldman thanked Dusek for his concern but told the court his client had the right to a quick trial.(Or something like that. My words)
Thank you Fres for the ping and I'll add a bump for good measure.

My heart breaks thinking of the terror Danielle must have endured during the last hours of her life.I keep thinking of that, too. But she's safe and happy now.
To: Greg Weston
You just don't like the truth, do you Greg. Anyone who reads the testimony can see the problem. Feldman knows.
To: cyncooper
What is your PROOF that he "sought these images"? You have NONE.
To: CyberAnt
You really have no clue to what the actual evidence in this case is.
People did NOT testify that the MH was kept locked, it was testified that it was left unlocked by the park while it was being worked on, and while it was being loaded.

AND MY children could stick their toe in the step of our RV, pull themselves up, and open the door at age five.
To: theirjustdue
Hi thierjustdue. Always good to see you post.

AGREED! My grandchildren ages 4 and 6 can get into my sister's MH all by themselves with out any help - henceforth, when they visit she keeps it locked.

Remember that desire to murder only kicks in after 77 days.

Excuse me? All who would speak of her, said she was the most well behaved child on the face of the earth. Even her mother said so. Can you imagine a 7 year old sneaking outside at 2 in the morning?
Dusek doesn't have a reasonable story to sell to he's put all of them on display to muddy the waters even more.

Ladies and Gentleman, I believe my words were trying to convey that I felt no humor from reading fres's post because of the picture painted by Dusek. You know it's kind of like "losing" your appetite, because what he said did precisely what he wanted. He made me wonder WHAT violent things did happen to her.
The bottom line is we can lay all speculations aside by prosecution about how Danielle died if you desire. I maintain she died under criminal circumstances for the purpose purpose of a violent act...such as rape.
"BVW", of course there are scarier things...I use to buy scary fictional books and movies all the time.
(stephen king was a favorite of mine)
Of course, this is "real life, with real people and real problems and real sex crimes.
I'm so glad to have met all of you under the horrible circumstances...you have certainly made parties on all sides "THINK" harder. I am grateful to have met you all.
See ya next week..freepmail me if you reply so I won't miss your responses.

When you shed hair, the root comes out. Her mother testified she had frequent nose bleeds. Kids bleed all the time. FYI, here is an e-mail from an RV owner about kids and RV's. Go to Evidence => RV survey, it's the second part below the red line.

Westerfield said the same thing. Good thing for justice he didn't get the job done.I really hate to say this to a fellow Freeper byt Greg 'you don't have a clue'. I find nothing strange about a man stopping by the dry cleaners on the way home from a trip. I also find nothing strange about a single man taking his motor home on a wandering trip over the weekend.
And the mountain of evidence you cite proves his innocence more than his guilt. Had DW done as you claim there would have been MORE blood and MORE fingerprints and MORE fiber evidence in his environment.
Put your self satisfying emotion aside and examine the evidence with your mind, lest your credibility in other chats be totally discredited.
To: Alamo-Girl
Alamo-Girl, I think the only way Westerfield could have done this would have been with an accomplice.
I do know the child wasn't in that motorhome that fateful weekend. The dogs would have let everyone know in a really huge way. ("180 Frank's" bragging notwithstanding) We know the mh was not 'cleaned' as Dusek claimed because the police testified that everything was covered with a layer of dust (as would be expected after a long road trip). Nothing was wiped down, in the officer's words. So the blood in the mh could not have been left there that weekend. It must have been months old. The fingerprints, likewise, cannot be dated.
So much about this case is perplexing.
