Hi BARLF, thanks so much. It's always good to see you here, as well. I still manage to read most all of the posts and catch the trial testimony, but haven't had as much free time to post these days.

Good memory BARLF! Those predictions were made so long ago, I had forgotten about them.
I just went back and found the list Fres posted, when the jury was first selected. It was, long ago (5/31). Hard to believe it's been that long.
Your pick was #70. His dad was HP.
I had #85; RnMomo, went with #51; Karson with #80; and Demsux chose #65. If any others ventured a prediction, I couldn't find them.
The problem is, I think they were all given new numbers, from 1-12. Maybe someone has the new numbering assignments and will share them with us.
To help us with matching those numbers, following, is Fres's original list from "Jury selection completed in Westerfield trial: Proceedings begin next week." posted 5/31 (minus all his great HTML work) but with his comments included.
I'm thinking he may have been right on, regarding his mistrial prediction, but for reasons, not even Fres's "Madam Renee" could have foreseen, way back than. LOL

Juror No. 33, a white woman who suffers from anxiety, listens to radio personality Rush Limbaugh and holds the general belief that "if you intentionally take a person's life, you should lose yours."
Juror No. 34, a white woman who is a native of Germany, works at a German cultural center, takes care of her sick husband and believes the death penalty is a deterrent.

Juror No. 70, a white man who works as a software engineer. His father spent his career as a state trooper. He strongly supports the death penalty.
Juror No. 74, a black woman with two grandchildren, ages 5 and 13. She said her support of the death penalty would rank an 8 on a scale of 1 to 10. Asked her thoughts on pornography, she said: "I'm an old lady. I don't think it would shock me. I have to accept this as something new."
Juror No. 80, a student. He said he has taken classes at Mesa College and is hoping to earn a degree in business management. He said he wanted to serve on the jury.
Juror No. 85, a white man who works as a claims adjuster. He majored in theater arts in college and thought about going into acting. He ranks his support of the death penalty as "probably a 5" on a scale of 1 to 10. Here is a brief analysis of the VD jury........using the Madam Renee Astrological Method!!!!
