In order that we might all raise the level of discourse and expand our language abilities, here is the daily post of “word for the day”. Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the “word of the day”; in a sentence. The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day. well the dimbulb john kasich was discussing last evening on O'Reilly, a proposed solution, which is to have losers pay court costs and fees, thereby discouraging frivolous lawsuits. That might help, but i don't know how likely that is. The Trial Lawyers Assocn is a powerful lobby, and they are not likely to go for it. As long as you can file a lawsuit with impunity, people are going to gamble on hitting a big verdict. Heck, better odds than the stock market these days!
