Sure, there is other trace forensic evidence that shows DW COULD HAVE POSSIBLY committed this crime.

But, I could'nt send a man to jail for the rest of his life or to an appointment with the needle based on what I've seen. If the People could have done a better job of explaining 1 & 2--I'd stick then needle in Westerfield myself (from the father of an 8 year old girl).
