Sure, there is other trace forensic evidence that shows DW COULD HAVE POSSIBLY committed this crime.

But, I could'nt send a man to jail for the rest of his life or to an appointment with the needle based on what I've seen. If the People could have done a better job of explaining 1 & 2--I'd stick then needle in Westerfield myself (from the father of an 8 year old girl).

I really don't know what the statistics are, for situations like that. Redlipstick's son-n-law took a course about evidence, right RL? The amount of time one spends in the premises relfects on how much evidence is left behind.

meaning, if he spends a minute or 3 minutes in there..the chances of him leaving behind trace is extremely small.
