I see it! It says "Klaatu birada nicto!"
Let's just say that if it turns out to actually contain a binary encoded message, the formation's authencity would be more certain. As it stands at the moment however, the pattern might just be gibberish intended to look like a binary message...
And, it's not a circle, it's a spiral.
Would anyone like to interpret this one?
CALL ME the next time you or any of your friends 'discover' a crop circle and I will arrive on-scene with appropriate lab equipment equipment in tow to de-bunk this idiocy that EM waves of ANY type radiate or appear from the vicinity of said crop circle.Can you do that?

Doing this for the whole 'disc' we get the message:
"Beware the bearers of FALSE gifts & their BROKEN PROMISES. Much PAIN but still time. (Damaged Word). There is GOOD out there.We OPpose DECEPTION. Conduit CLOSING (BELL SOUND)".
