Hi bluebird..I don't think I've used that term before..but I will say that what 'creeps me out' are the

child porn rape scene videos,
the child porn in general,
The scratches on his arms and legs that FOR SOME reason judge mudd did not allow or the prosecution chose to not bring up during the trial
the strange behaviour at the dry cleaners,
the evidence in the MH...,
his mom's description of him,
his girlfriends comments about his drinking problem and why she left him,

his girlfriends comments about why the curtains were normally drawn in MH while camping..(cold weather)..the other campers said it wasn't cold..

the testimony about time of death/mummylologist and the bugologists....

There are a combinations of other things. For example, if would be easier to believe the theory that danielle played in the mh if there were other kids that did it too and confessed to it....

The defense has not denied the evidence... they are trying to throw doubt wrt:the time of death. What keeps me from saying he's guilty.. Feldman's comments

Jaded...it is hard to enjoy dark humor or light humor based on the violent death of a child. I understand the need for humor (stress relief etc) but it would have been nice separate it from the defendant.

I think it's the reporting of it. Many were outraged at the huge differences in SD about the way Danielle was handled and the way Jahi Turner was handled. Even the difference in the 2 girls in Oregon vs Elizabeth Smart.

Locally there is rumbling about the attention given to the sweet little blonde girls, while Laura Ayala's abduction on 3/10 generated no national media attention. It is belived that Laura was transported to Reynosa Mexico with in days of her abduction. National media attention might have prevented that.

Stations also figured out that it pumps their ratings. Sorry, I know that sounds cold, but look at Nancy Grace.

Remember the sheriff involved in the samantha case said the suspect may have scratches and/or bruises on his arms?

Well, would the sheriff have said the same thing about danielle's captor if he had been in charge of the vd case? me thinks so.

I imagine they found actual evidence (pieces of flesh) under Samantha's fingernails, Kim, which would lead to that statement. All they found under Danielle's nails were fuzzy red fibers and blue paint. "Be on the lookout for someone suspicious in a fuzzy red sweater."

I suspect there's more publicity now than before. Maybe some parents know what is needed to get it?? Some people complain that there is not enough publicity for the majority of cases, like that family in texas....(can't remember the name)..who could not get publicity past the local area.

That's true shezza..but isn't it possible that the hands were cleaned after the scratches? I know this is speculation..but the fibers and paint could have happened after they were cleaned.

It's really no more slanted than some of the other sites out there. It just slants the other way. It is your right to join the ranks of grandma and feel offended by it.

There are any number of absurd things in this case. I believe that you yourself contributed to "Notes to Self" and possibly "Enquiring Minds".

Please note that I checked before I went ahead with my plans. There are many close to the defendant that have seen my site. Had they been offended it would have come down. IMO, they were the ones who counted because it was personal to them. I never intended to do a martyr site and I won't back down now.

You'd be surprised at the positive feedback I've gotten about the site. People who have these same questions. They far out number the people like yourself and grandma who object to it.

I hope and pray they at least now run that hair thru the offender database and compare it to Avila and the pervs they arrested on 1/27 and 2/15...and compare the fibers found on her to Avila and the unidentified prints in the VD house and the unidentified DNA on her multi colored blanket.

Along with the rest of the 15-20 sexual offenders in the area you mean? I wonder why they would not have done this from the start. Come to think of it it probably was because it looked to be such an inside job that they weren't considering the fact that a stranger could have taken her.
