Interesting quote from that article, about how the "TOLERANCE" crowd, handles these guys...
"I know of absolutely no conservatives who have attacked us," says Fulk. "I've gotten a lot more grief from gay people for owning guns and supporting the Second Amendment than I ever have from gun owners for being gay."
Liberals...Tolerant of What???

Kewl. Perhaps if more citizens armed themselves, we would have no violent crime at all. Carjackings are nearly non-existant in Montana because virtually everyone has a weapon in their vehicle. Burglaries are pretty rare if the occupants are at home for the same reason.

Driver: Bang!

Burglaries are pretty rare if the occupants are at home for the same reason. Which when contrasted with say...Great Britain....Should put an end to the Anti Gun argument forever.
Oh, yes, and BTW, IIRC (and I most assuredly do) I remember much wailing and gnashing of teeth, 10 or so years ago when CC started ripping through the statehouses, I recall hearing phrases like Rivers of Blood in the streets, and Shootout at the OK Corral, Comparisons to Dodge City, yet, strangely, given the medias rush to report such atrocities, I don't seem to remember seeing such stories, even though 61% of the Americcan states have one version of CC or another...

Montana has open carry without any permitting requirements and concealed carry without permit, "when engaging in or travelling to or from any outdoor activity in which self-protection might be necessary."
To: CholeraJoe
Which is the way it oughtta be EVERYWHERE.
And SCOTUS' reticence in declining to review Emerson notwithstanding, hopefully it will be.....Someday.
