AMERICA - The Right Way!! (Day 523) [Remember the Trade Center!!]
Various News Sources and FReepers | June 28, 2002 | All of Us

Posted on 06/28/2002 4:31:39 AM PDT by Chairman_December_19th_Society

We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail! [President Bush]

Good morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!

Before the news, would all members of the class, particularly those who live in those states served by the Ninth US Circuit Court of Appeals, stand and join in saying - loud enough so even those thick-skulled "Justices" on the "Ninth Circus Court" can hear you - the Pledge:

I PLEDGE ALLEGIANCE
TO THE FLAG
OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
AND TO THE REPUBLIC
FOR WHICH IT STANDS,
ONE NATION
UNDER GOD
WITH LIBERTY,
AND JUSTICE,
FOR ALL

As Rush has often admonished his listeners, the following is somewhat distrubing, and you may want to scroll down past this.

You have been warned...

For anyone who doesn't believe what the Palestinians are teaching their youth isn't a religion of death, the Israeli Defense Force released the following photograph of an infant found in the Hebron home of a Palestinian man wanted by Israelis:

[Credit to Reuters.]

An explosion, belived by many to be the work of Al Qa'eda and the Talibums, in a munitions store in southern Afghanistan, killed five and started a fire in a UN food center.

A major battle is underway in the Philippines against a guerrilla group associated with Al Qa'eda.

Two men who were part of Iran's delegation to the UN, and who were in this country for only about four months, were expelled after being seen videotaping such things as the Holland Tunnel, Brooklyn Bridge, and other landmarks.

A Muslim lady in Florida is suing the state saying she does not want a photo of her on her driver's license not wearing a veil. Prior to September 11, she was allowed to have a photo wearing the veil, but after that date, the Florida authorities insisted she (and presumably others) replace it with one showing her visage as a matter of public security.

For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.

AND A GOOD A.M. TO ALL 'YOUSE GUYS' (LITTLE YANKEE LINGO) OUT IN FREEPER LAND, USA FROM THE MS GULF COAST, USA!!!
Got an idea, lets have a garage sale for the state of CA, judges come free with the state. No bid over 50 cents will be acceptede.

"KILL SO MANY JEWS THAT THEY WILL EVENTUALLY ABANDON PALENSTINE" Quote from the departed HAMAS leader imam Jasan al-Banna, (STILL looking for the 72 virgins). The picture of the child is exactly what OUR President W is talking about.

Talking about OUR President W, he looked kinda tired yesterday and his speech was somewhat held back do you think I am right?

The Supremes did a number on the enemy yesterday, OKed Vouchers. Maybe now the public shcools will get on the ball and teach. Public schools is the same as having only one chain of hamburger joints say, McDonalds, serve what they want and if you want a hamburger, you got McDonalds. Now, compitition.

I shall never forget that several years ago I got a call from a man I use to be friends with but 'bad blood' came between us because of something I was suppose of said about him Which I didn't. This man called me and told me he was sorry for what he had done and would I forgive him. I forgave him the day he said and did what he did to me. The reason I bring this up is because I want you to know that there are people in this world who are like this and it gives me faith in my fellow man. Are YOU like this? Could you tell a friend that you are sorry for something you had done, or suppose to have done?

It rained buckets here on the coast last night and, that rouge coon got in my garage last night again, pushed the door up enough to get the bucket of cat food out, opened the cat food, had a feast, got my cat food wet and, war is now declared on that coon. Think I'll start locking the garage at night, step one.

Off to daughters for my cup # 3 of coffee, be back in a few.
Prayers for going up to keep you safe from injuries, from sickness, for OUR President W, a man among men and, for the elderly, great people of great times.

May I reccomend a book to you, FROM DANIEL TO DOOMSDAY by John Hagee, found in most christian bookstores. If you really want to look at the religious side of what is happening in Israel today, read it, you will get an education. Have a good day.

That is a good column by Noonan.

And she references another good thinker, Michael Novak.

One problem I have with this mess, tho, are the politicians yelling and pointing their fingers at corporate mismanagement and worse.

Coming from the politicians, that is hard to swallow.

The judge for the decision on the Pledge was a "strict constructionist"

Excuse me,

BWAHAHAHA!!

That has to be the biggest pile of festering bovine feces I've ever heard!!! (but then why should they ever let the truth get in the way of their spiiiinnnn)

I also remember reading somewhere that the only reason this judge is even back on the 9th is because he was brought out of retirement to fill a vacancy, in part due to the obstruction of Bush nominees to the Judiciary...guess the RATs would never want that little tidbit (if factual, since we try to deal with facts vs. spin) to get wide publicity.

My husband told me he was listening to some talk radio yesterday in NH and that is exactly what was being talked about.

Good Morning everyone! It is 5:30 am here. Not sleeping too well these last few nights. I have been offline for the last few days as my son left for the Navy 2 days ago. We heard from him last night 10pm. He sounded so tired and reserved. The dog is still waiting for him to walk in the front door. This is a very difficult time, many tears shed, many prayers said. I have alot of catching up to do so will read many of the older threads. Hope everyone has a great day!

That is true. This ridiculous decision can be tied DIRECTLY to the Dems judicial obstructionism.

ABG - Where are YOU these mornings??

If this is indeed true (I suspect it very well could be), it needs to be hammered from now until we re-take the Senate, and expand our majority in the House.

This needs to be dropped on the heads of the dasshole-demoRATs (I'm including john mclame in that group too) and pounded until they are standing, unemployed, on a street corner in cuba, china, or whatever socialist haven they choose...

It is hard adjusting to the fact your son is gone for awhile. Praying that God takes away your anxiety and replaces it with His peace. Also prayers for your son!!

Hard on the dog too. :( My husband has been in NH for the past 3 weeks and our dogs are still trying to adjust to it.

Empty nest tears here. I have cried for 3 days. Trying to "buck up" and pull myself up by the boot straps! He sounded so different last night. I think I may have been a little over protective. Mr. Jhenn lost quite a few tears, also. It's unbelievable, but I feel like I'm the only one that's ever had a son leave to serve his country. : )

I could not agree with you more. Of course the lame stream media are not going to cover this little tid bit of news. They'd never do anything to make the RATS look bad. Do they even let the sheeple know how many seats are being held up by congress?? And how long our President has been trying to get good, qualified men in?? NO.

No you're not the only one, but your son is your son, a unique, very much loved young man, special to you and your husband.

Prayers for you and your family, for your son.

Is there something special you can do in the next week or 2 help get your mind & heart occupied elsewhere?

Tell your son 'thank you' for me. It is so nice to see young men and women give part of their life to the services for our protection.

The battle lines are being drawn, big time!!

Starting Monday, every Virginia school will be required to hang a poster with the words "In God We Trust, the National Motto, enacted by Congress in 1956," in accordance with a law signed by Gov. Mark R. Warner (D) in May.

Va. Schools Forge Ahead With National Motto 'In God We Trust' Must Be Displayed in Buildings

Fasten your seat belts, because away we go!!!!

Did I hear this A.M. on fox that maybe Dashole is going to 'unfreeze' the Senate on Judical appointments? Now I see tht El Dopeo Mclimp is saying he is going to tie everything up because of some appointment he wants on the election committee. This guy needs to be put out to pasture by his voters, he is a shame, no, SHAME, to this nation. The voters of Lie-berman told him he better stay in Wash and do their business instead of running for president, maybe AZ should tell McLimp the same thing.
