What's fun is the 'bot loves to work out, also. I never thought he would.

He wanted some T-shirts last week that have no sleeves. So I got him some. He's flexing his muscles now.

Of course, it helps that there a bunch of young girls who work out at the same time we do . . .

I do, too. If I don't do it about an hour after I wake up, I slack off. I try to go by the 'bot's schedule of events, though. Have to keep him interested for life.

i can't generally go before work, because i don't have the time, so i end up going in the evening, when i don't have as much energy. i do much better in the AM. i am going tomorrow AM as i will be home.

When I was "single" (oh so long ago), I worked out between 2:00 and 3:30. There were very few people at the gym at that time. Now if I wait that long, I'm too darned tired.

I think I have more laundry to do now. LOL!
