Since there is no foreskin left when full rigidity os obtained, how does the Doctor know he isn't cutting off too much, thusly robbing you of extra legnth?

Occasionally, too much skin is removed resulting in curvature. Skin stretches though.

I have a wallet made out of foreskin leather. If you stroke it, it turns into a suitcase.
