As I suspected, that soft-nailing stuff can't be much of a workout. If I wasn't worried about being banned, arrested, hung, drawn and quartered, I might suggest some alternate "workout activities" for you and your beloved.

If the Alzheimers and lack of practice hadn't made me forget them. :^)

But I'll bet Miss C remembers some good stuff, though!
