Rules: Everyone must leave a post using the “word of the day”; in a sentence. The sentence must, in some way, relate to the news of the day. AZ is part of the 9th Circuit, also.

I used to work at the Federal Court in downtown L.A. It's an absolutely beautiful courthouse. There are backstairs that no one knows about unless you've worked there. In some offices on the 4th floor (where I worked), you can climb out a window onto the roof for picnics. It was a great place to work.

I'm truly saddened what has happened to the Pledge of Allegiance. From my reading of the thread, though, it sounds as if the 9th Circuit shot down "Under God." A couple of posters pointed out the "Under God" came in under Dwight D. Eisenhower.
