We will not tire, we will not falter, and we will not fail! [President Bush]
Good morning!! Do not let the victims of the attacks on New York and Washington, nor the brave members of our Nation's military who have given their lives to protect our freedom, die in vain!!
The Sunday Mirror of London is reporting The Evil One will deliver an address (the BBC is also reporting a similar story, saying in addition The Evil One is alive and well), filled with the usual invectives against America, on July 4. The Evil One's spokesman, according to the paper, says "America should get ready and fasten its safety belt."
Drudge is reporting that Global Crossing - the demonflop piggy bank that went bust the media loves to ignore in favor of Enron - admits to shredding documents. Nothing further.
And the Bank of Japan has acted to slow the fall of the dollar against the Yen.
For AMERICA - The Right Way, I remain yours in the Cause, the Chairman.
Post your short news items, issues of interest, links, and so on. All who advance the Cause are welcome.
LET'S ROLL!!!
Heavy t-storms probable for the east tonight.

AMERICAS WAR ON TERROR Day 287
The news as reported in The Washington Times:
[Note All links go to The Washington Times website.]
1. Al Qaeda has released an audio tape saying The Evil One is well, and that attacks are planned against America and Israel.
[Open message to The Evil One: why do you cower in fear? Why do you hide? You say it is the United States who is afraid we are out in the open carrying on our business. If you really believe your cause is to die for, then stand in your own right rather than send folks in your name to die. You are a coward. The brave Americans who carry on daily despite your threats are braver than you.]
Al Qaeda vows attacks on U.S., Israel
2. The Republican governor of Colorado remarked hyperbolically the entire state was on fire. This was not well received by the states tourism industry, which had rather wished the states executive had correctly stated only two percent of Colorados forests were ablaze.
[Predictably, the demonflop opponent in the 2002 governors race tried to make political hay. No matter, the incumbent governor has a commanding lead in the polls, and demonflops concede that even this gaffe will have little effect on keeping him from being re-elected.]
Democrats call terror bill 'ruse' to fire civil workers
3. The Washington Times has been bringing us news and views for 20 years.
[At least one paper in Washington, DC, reports news. Though they have been carrying on a bit long now with their self-gratification.]
CELEBRATING 20 YEARS: The Washington Times
4. Israel entered Ramallah and surrounded Arafats compound.
[It is time for Arafat to go.]
Israel strengthens hold on West Bank
5. The European Union is planning a joint border patrol to protect against illegal immigration.
[Gee the liberal cesspool that is Europe thinks it is right and proper to protect borders against illegal intrusions, but we cant get a consensus to secure our borders from illegal immigrants even though we are at war. Amazing.]
6. Unemployment has hit a record 7.1% in Hong Kong.
[Yep, Communism has worked just wonderfully for the former British colony.]
Economic slump 'new reality' for Hong Kong
7. It was 250 years ago this month that Ben Franklin conducted his experiment with the kite and the key; now some are saying he actually didnt carry out that activity.
[Then there are those who say we never landed on the moon either.]
8. Polls are showing Americans desire more family time as opposed to jobs making more money.
[Why not both? I will concede, however, if there is a choice, I would fall in with the majority of folks in the poll family is important.]
New dream job: Less money, more family time
We shall not rest until we have cut a swath 60-miles wide through the entire left - taking all that is before us with us as we go. We shall leave nothing to the enemy that may be of value to him. We shall show him that he may count on nothing and will be able to keep nothing, not his spirit, not his soul, not that upon which he shall feed. We shall not cease until the moment we have rent through their entire land and have arrived at the sea, with our glorious victory upon us.

That's better...
So are we, but they still say we have a drought - though we have been upgraded to "abnormally dry," what a laugh!!
We have a smog alert today - though they use a euphemistic term - "Code Red" - to tell folks.
My itinerary for going west includes stops at the following places: Grand Canyon, Scotty's Castle (this one WILL get done first thing in the morning when we're there!!), Thermopolis hot springs, and Mount Rushmore.
...and all of management is out of town. Yippee!!
Sigh....Wyoming....Most people love Colorado, but for me it's Wyoming.......
If you're going from Thermopolis to Mt. Rushmore, think about stopping at Devil's Tower in the n.e. Wyoming....
Gawwwd how I wish that were the case here.....
